Can't Install Anything (Video Attatched)

Hi, I need to use Adobe After Effects for an assignment.

I've used adobe apps before on my laptop and at school computers but on my desktop (Windows 11) I seem to suddenly keep running into problems.

First I try installing After Effects independently and keep running into error 206. I go through every solution, including turning off my firewall but nothing works.

I get the reccomendation that I install the Creative Cloud app to manage installations and apps through there.

I download Creative Cloud completely fine, but now I'm running into error 118 which is strange because my connection is completely fine! Additionally, it seems like the error keeps popping up erratically. I know 118 typically signifies a problem on the users side but this just doesn't seem right. I have a video attatched showing what I'm talking about here. Any help on finally getting After Effects to install so I can do my assignment?

Okay. Turns out my desktop might just not have enough RAM to run after effects at the same time as other applications (which means I have to borrow my family's laptop to view lessons while working on this assignment which is annoying, but doable). So, problem solved.

use a different non-opera browser to download the cc app using rhe last suggestion below

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

I use firefox, so downloading the installer isnt a problem at all.
I did use the Windows 10 download instead of Windows 10 and up, but I seem to keep going offline. I have no idea why considering all my other apps run perfectly fine, it's just creative cloud that seems to have this problem.
