Can't reinstall any adobe apps, how to fix

Hello,

I had creative cloud installed on my laptop (windows 16GB RAM), but suddenly all adobe apps opened and closed immediately within 2 seconds without any error message. This only happened when it was connected to the internet. I tried a lot of things, nothing worked so I eventually uninstalled all adobe apps and used creative cloud clean up tool to delete everything adobe on my system. After that, I reinstalled CC Desktop but now it doesnt show me any of my earlier desktop apps (photoshop, illustrator, indesign) as apps that I can download. When I try downloading photoshop from the adobe website, it takes me to CC and nothing happens. Have tried everything, really don't know what to do anymore.

Could someome please help me with this?

Thank you.

i'm assuming your cc desktop app shows trial buttons instead of install buttons.

start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

below are solutions some users reported:

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-trial-mode.html

if that fails, change the install location
