can't uninstall premiere rush (beta) even using creative cloud

I need some help. I tried to install premiere rush (beta). When it got stuck at 93%, I cancelled it. now what happened is that the app is installed but its not visible to control panel, windows add or remove programme and creative cloud. So i can't uninstall it. Can someone help?
