Cancellation of Creative Cloud subscriptions of yearly montly subscribtion

Hello,

I don't want to cancel my subscribtion, but who knows, someday my life will chance and I have to say Adobe goodbye.

I'm subscribted via the Yearly Monthly plan. 

Now, it says that if you don't cancel you need to pay 50% of the costs.

But which costs? 50% of the montly costs (for me montly cost 62,99euro) or 50% of the yearly costs of 755euro?

Hope someone can tell me how to understand it correctly. 

Adobe says

• Annual plan paid monthly: After 14 days, a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance of your contract obligation may apply. Your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

So is it 50% of your montly costs or 50%or the yearly costs?
