Cannot access Photoshop beta (not an org)

Hi, my account is not managed by an Org, but I still cannot access the Photoshop beta tab in the Creative Cloud app.  I have followed help articles to clear the cache, restart, and attempted to edit an XML file (But, that file does not exist in my install, or the path listed was way off).  The only app under "Pre-release" is Illustrator.

Photoshop version 26.11

Windows 11

I would appreciate any help if what the next step is to solve this.  Thanks!

Thanks for trying the troubleshooting you have so far, sorry to hear they didn't help.

Could you also try these
- Just to confirm, you cleared the cache listed here already? https://adobe.ly/4gVAOXr
- If that doesn't help quit all the Creative Cloud desktop app processes using Task Manager. They will respawn but quit them all at least once anyway. Then hold down the  Ctrl Alt and R keys and launch the Creative Cloud desktop with the keys held down. This should re-initialize the app, see if the Beta section now appears at the top left next to All Apps
- Go into the Control Panel > Programs & Features, select the Creative Cloud Desktop app, and choose uninstall, but then choose the repair option. Then please try relaunching after the repair
completes and see if that helped
- If it is still not appearing after these I'd suggest contacting and working with our support. They can be reached here https://adobe.ly/47d9cd6
