cloud storage full or empty???
APPs say cloud storage full - when I log in to creative cloud it says I have no files or libraries... where is my data, and where do I go to manage it?!

Hopefully you found out - but as I just spent almost 3 hours (!!!) with adobe "support" to no avail - hopefully this will help others.
Even though you may have deleted files in desktopapp, synced folders, lightroom etc etc and then make sure you empty deleted folder. They may still show up in the mobile creative cloud app. Delete the files there, and then again in deleted folder on phone app and they should finally free up storage. I must say; using cloud storage where you need to go into every single application to delete, and also delete from different devices makes absolutely no sense to me. Big job to do - and it's obviously been an issue for a long time without support being able to include this in their troubleshooting. But I guess customers time is not valuable.
