Creative Cloud.exe - System Error, The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem.  (Click OK)

The code xecution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem. 

 

This came up today out of the blue when I try to open CC.  

I try to uninstall and it says "Couldn’t uninstall Creative Cloud for desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer that require it."

 

And I tried to uninstall photoshop, illustrator but, it will not.

 

Any help is appreciated. Step by step instructions please!  Samsung galaxy powerbook2 360

repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)

update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)

restart your computer (don't skip this)
