Create short training videos

I am new to Adobe creative cloud and want advice on which app would be best. I would like to create short training videos and have successfully made good voice quality mp3 using eleven labs and cleaned that up with adobe podcast. I then import to adobe character animator so the puppet moves it's mouth to align with the script. Now, I'd like to add bullet points, pictures, etc to different times in the script but I don't know how to turn them on/off.

there's no one that can do what captivate does. eg, you need a screen recorder, video and sound editing.

a screen recorder + premiere + audition would work.

check captivate. it has a setting (video demo) that allows quick creation of tutorials.
