Creative Cloud

Please help someone with knowledge. I have not been able to install creative cloud for 4 months. So, I have not been able to benefit sufficiently from the Adobe products that I have paid for for 4 months. When I ask for help, I am contacted via IVR in an unethical manner, and in a language I do not know well. I couldn't find a sufficient help video on the Internet to fix this problem. Why isn't this thing called Creative Cloud installed? Moreover, why doesn't it give any warning about not loading? I'm starting to feel really bad. The same things keep happening over and over again. If anyone can help, I would be truly grateful. Best regards.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs. 

 

if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

First of all, I would like to thank everyone who tried to help.
However, due to my poor English, I cannot explain my problem properly.
(Because I can write via Google Translate. That's why I may have written wrong things.)
However, my problem is very simple. I cannot use both Creative Cloud and any of the applications.
When I download and try to open it, I don't get any reaction, it's like I'm clicking on a blank space.
When I click on any Adobe application or Creative Cloud as an
administrator or as an ordinary user, no action occurs. I also don't see any error messages.
That's why I'm getting frustrated and why I need some real help.
Shouldn't any error warning normally appear in such cases?
I have used the Creative Cloud removal and repair program dozens of times.
When I try to reinstall it after the "Uninstallation completed" warning, the result is always the same.
It is as if I am clicking on the wall, not the program. I'm starting to get really annoyed with this situation.
I'm angry and upset with Adobe people. Shouldn't such an important group of programs at least show
an error warning?

This is your first post in the Adobe forums. What is an IVR and how was the contact made? 

 

A few questions so we can better assist:

 

 

 

 

 

  • Can you post a screenshot of the error message?

 

  • Is this a first attempt at installing or was it working before?

 

  • What version of Windows do you have?
