Creative Cloud Desktop: Extremely Slow "Loading Home tab", "Plan Information Unavailable", No Beta Apps Tab, Can't Install XD Plugins

I'm experiencing persistent and frustrating issues with the Creative Cloud Desktop app that are blocking access to paid features of my subscription. These problems have been ongoing despite trying all the standard troubleshooting steps.
Detailed issues:
- The app takes an extremely long time to load the Home tab — it shows "Loading Home tab..." or "It's taking longer than usual" with a spinning wheel for several minutes (sometimes 5+ minutes).
- Once it finally loads, the plan section displays "Plan Information Unavailable" (it often shows as if I only have a free account).
- Because of this, the Beta apps tab does not appear at all, so I cannot access or download beta versions (e.g., Photoshop Beta, Illustrator Beta, etc.).
- I also cannot install plugins for Adobe XD via the Marketplace in the app — the option is blocked or fails due to plan recognition issues.
My subscription is active — I can see it normally on account.adobe.com/plans, but the desktop app is not syncing or recognizing it properly. I can use the already installed applications normally with access to my files on cloud services.
What I've already tried (without success):
- Sign out and sign in again multiple times.
- Reset the app cache (Ctrl+Alt+R on Windows / Cmd+Opt+R on Mac).
- Check for and try to update Creative Cloud (when it loads enough).
- Manually clear cache folders (e.g., OOBE, AAMUpdater, etc.).
- Restart the computer, disable/re-enable firewall/antivirus temporarily, flush DNS, change DNS servers.
- Run the app as administrator.
- Reinstall Creative Cloud using the official uninstaller and cleaner tool (AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool).
System details:
- Operating System: Windows 11 64-bit
- Creative Cloud Desktop version: 6.8.1.856
- Subscription plan: Creative Cloud Pro, It has been like this since I changed from Digital River payed annually subscription that was terminated to Adobe direct annual subscription payed monthly on Oct 6, 2025
- Location: Brazil
This is severely impacting my workflow, as I need access to beta apps for testing new features and XD plugins for current projects.
Has anyone else faced this combination of issues recently? Are there any advanced fixes, log files I should collect, or known server-side/sync problems affecting plan recognition and Home tab loading?
