Creative Cloud Desktop free libraries in commercial use, ie. what is the license for free libraries

When I open the Creative Cloud Desktop app and select "Stock and Marketplace" and then click "Libraries", I see several free libraries such as "Faces", "Neon Icon Set", etc. Can I use their graphics in comercial designs for free?
