Creative Cloud Desktop opens in old account

I have a paid account with a yahoo email username. When I try to run the exe file for any of the apps on my desktop, the Creative Cloud window opens up in an old gmail usernameI had years ago and prompts me to pay for a plan. Can anyone advise how to switch to my new username? I can't access any of the apps because of this glitch and I haven't gotten a resolution through customer service. Thanks!
