Creative Cloud Desktop stuck on initializing

And gives error with "This took longer then usual .....". This happens since yesteday on both on my machines. It may be linked with login incidend for EMEA reported on status.adobe.com, but that is closed now and my problem still persist.

Can you try "Help > Check for updates" if that's available?

It's not available, is grayed. On one of pc I tried cleaning cloud utility, uninstalling, reinstaling, repairing. Nothing works. But this happens also on second pc that I do not use.
