Creative Cloud error - Unable to start your subscription for Creative Cloud

My preference is using Fireworks CS6 vs Photoshop and I know it is no longer supported. I have had no updates on my computer (Windows 10 Home) to alter anything but within the last two days when I go to open Fireworks I get an error from Creative Cloud " Unable to start your subscription for Creative Cloud - please wait a few minutes and try again." 

 

Chat does not help at all and all i want to use is use Fireworks... can someone please assist to help me fix this error.

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

 

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location
