Creative Cloud Issues

Hello, I have a Creative Cloud app on my MacBook, but I can’t click it. Nothing happens, and I can’t uninstall it either because I can’t even click it. I’ve restarted my laptop and reinstalled the same app for desktop, but that one won’t open either. Now I have a bunch of downloads for Adobe Creative Cloud, and I can’t access the programs to delete and reinstall. I don’t want to download another version and then have another download that I can’t access. If anyone can help me, that would be great. I need to access my files within Creative Cloud. If someone can help me ASAP, that would be great. Thank you very much.

    Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
    Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
    Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:

uninstall using the correct uninstaller from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

then clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

    restart your computer

install the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the CC Desktop forum so that proper help can be offered.
