I am unable to see some of my photos and folders in the creative cloud app but i can see them on my laptop

Hi Miles,

I'm on the Creative Cloud mobile app team. Are you using an iOS or Android device? Do you have the latest 6.8.1 version of the mobile app? When you're viewing these folders and photos on your laptop are you using the Creative Cloud desktop app, or browsing the website https://assets.adobe.com?

Hello Brady,

I am on IOS. I can view my photos on my lap to using the web and the creative cloud app. But on my my mobile device is not showing anything that i have recently uploaded not on the web or on the app for iOS.

Thank you for checking on the desktop and website. Can you please attach a screenshot of the files visible on the website? I'd like to understand what kind of Adobe files they are. Or, you can privately email the screenshots to me at creativecloudmobile@adobe.com

Also, I wanted to confirm, when you're looking for the missing files, are you looking on the Home tab under "Recent", or in the Files tab under "Synced Files". If you haven't already can you please look under Files > Cloud Docs?
