Creative Cloud sign out button not working

My high school email account was recently disabled so I lost access to all my Adobe products, which wasn’t a problem because I just signed into my college account on the Adobe website.

The problem is, whenever I open up the Creative Cloud app on my laptop, the account sign in is still my high school account, rendering me unable to update, install, or open any of the Adobe software.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything related to Adobe, as well as using the cleaner tool, but to no avail. Is there any way for me to sign out of my high school account on Creative Cloud on my laptop?

delete the entire contents of the OOBE folder:

    1) Quit the Creative Cloud desktop app from the gear icon in the upper-right corner.

    2) Browse to the following location based on your operating system.

        A) Mac OS: /Users/<user name>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
NOTE: \Users\<user name>\Library\ is hidden by default. To unhide see below*

        B) Windows: C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
NOTE: C:\Users\<user name>\AppData is hidden by default.  To unhide see below*
