Creative cloud stuck on login loop

I kid you not, I have literally done everything to get Adobe Creative Cloud to work, and I'm still stuck on the initializing screen. I've deleted files, rested my PC, uninstalled and installed it multiple times, installed Visual C++ Redistributable, made sure all the right C++ applications were installed, and I'm still stuck on it. Nothing has worked so far, and I really need it to work as I need PS and AI for university. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated.

@Markmsf

after fixing the problem, computer restarts trigger the problem again?

I did the uninstall and clean and now can’t even get the CC installer to install. It hangs after I double click it.

Hi @CORBYN33703887xwnu and @55878965 , could you collect and upload a log file and share the full uploaded file name with me? Instructions here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html

I've updated my system to 13.6.3 Reloaded CC app, looks like those top tabs are opening again.

Reference for ZXP File name . AdobeLogs_20231212_095745_324-mac-GS.zxp

Thanks @55878965 . I've created a ticket for the team to investigate what's present in the log file.

Same, did the uninstall and reinstall thing, worked once. After a system reboot it stopped working again.

MAC OS Venturea 13.16.1, I won't touch the 14 update for a while as it to is loaded with issues.

This load screen only started recently, maybe a month ago. I can use quick action, stock and marketplace, and files in the CC app but nothing else. Apps and Home won't load.

if it works and then a restart breaks it, something on your computer (eg, av, anti malware, cleaner, defragger etc) is running on restart and corrupting the cc desktop app.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

even though you've done most or all these steps, redo them in this exact order:

uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

check for, and if available, update your os

if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)

if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.
