Creative Cloud sync timestamps showing wrong time zone — anyone else?

Hi everyone,

I work with a couple of collaborators in different time zones, and I've noticed that file sync timestamps in Creative Cloud sometimes don't match what I'd expect — like a file synced a few minutes ago shows a timestamp that seems off by a few hours. Is Creative Cloud using UTC/GMT internally and just not adjusting to local system time correctly? Or is this a display setting I'm missing somewhere? Would appreciate any insight from people who work across time zones with CC sync — trying to figure out if this is expected behavior or a bug.
