Creative Cloud times out loading on Windows 11

This problem only just started. Photoshop Generative Fill is now greyout as well but Neural Filters work. My version on my Macbook laptop work fine so I assume its something to do with Windows 11. I have disabled all virus checkers including Defender but that made no difference and I have re-installed creative cloud twice. 

 

Any help is welcome outwise Iwill need to cancel my subscription because I cannot load any updates to my apps.

Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:
