Creative Cloud wont upload

I cant get my videos to upload to my creative cloud at all. I've tried doing it through the app on my phone and dont know how to do it on my laptop. Does anyone know how I can get them to upload easier. I have plenty of storage. Still really early in me trying to teach this stuff to myself. If anyone has a video or anything I can watch. It used to let me upload stuff and now it says my files aren't the right format? So frustrating.

you can still use your adobe sync folder.

What is this? How do I do it? Every youtube video showing it is like 11 years old and I'm struggling. Thanks for your reply.

open your cc desktop app > click the upper left hamburger menu > file > preferences syncing and not your local sync folder.  for now, anything you place there will be synced by adobe to your other devices that have the cc app and online.
