Creative Cloudにログインできません

Web上のCreative Cloudにはログインできているのですが、アプリ版の方ではログインができません。

そのため、生成塗りつぶしなど一部の機能が使えなくなってしまいました。

 

症状としましては、

ログインが必要ですというポップアップにしたがってログインを試みても、初期化していますという表示が出たまま先に進みません。

 

再起動、及び再インストールも済んでいますが、解決しません。

どのようにすれば良いのかご教示頂けましたら幸いです。

 

Mac Os 14.8.7です。

    I am able to log in to Creative Cloud via the web, but I cannot log in to the desktop app version.

    Because of this, some features such as Generative Fill are no longer available.

    The issue is as follows:

    When I try to log in following the “Sign-in required” pop-up, the message “Initializing” appears and the app does not proceed any further.

    I have already restarted my Mac and reinstalled the app, but the issue has not been resolved.

    I would appreciate your advice on how to fix this issue.

    My OS is macOS 14.8.7.
