Deactivation help unhelpful

I'm trying to deactivate CC, Photoshop and Bridge to go to a new computer. Deactivation advice says to click on "help" and then "deactivate." There is, of course, no "help" on any of the screens I can find. The "help" in my CC page is distinctively unhelpful. Any suggestions?

You can have Photoshop and Bridge installed on several computers, but activated on only two.

If you try to activate on a third computer, you will be stopped and asked to deactivate on one. That's the easy way.

You are correct that Adobe Help tells you to Deactivate. The Help menus that you are looking for are in the Photoshop and Bridge applications at the far right of the menu bar.

If you need to sign out of an app so you can use it on another computer, open the app, then select either:

  • Help > Sign out
  • Help > Deactivate

If you want to activate and use your app(s) on a third computer, you'll need to deactivate it on one of your previous computers. For more information, see Sign in to activate your Adobe apps.
