Desktop Apps NOT WORKING!!!!

Iʻm so tired of not being able to speak to a human support person. I have a subscription to Creative Cloud for years now. Within the past several months the desktop versions quit working, they just hang or shut down. While the web versions do work they are really cumbersome to work with and force you to use their cloud storage, which I DO NOT NEED! After months of trying to get help, reinstalling programs, etc. this is the final straw, if I do not get an Adobe customer support person to contact me about these issues I have no other option but to cancel my subscription!! Unfortunate because I spent a lot of time learning the platform. However, if you look around there are a lot of options available these days and some of them are FREE. Adobe, if you do not change customers like me will be leaving in droves! To bad because this used to be a great company.

no app forces you to use adobe file storage.
