I'm creating a book and want to work with cloud documents so my workmates can edit it.

I don't see an option to do that.

you can use adobe cc files with certain documents only.

I read your post several times, trying to figure out if you are talking about your C: drive or your Creative Cloud folder.

Assuming you meant the folder and not the drive, Creative Cloud Synced files are discontinued by Adobe. Details here:

(if I need to select them from my files??)

Thank you for clarifying that you meant the Creative Cloud folder. I'm reposting the link from my earlier message (repeated by kglad in a later post) that has details:

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/eol-creative-cloud-synced-files.html

"Creative Cloud Synced files are being discontinued. Starting February 1, 2024 (now extended through February 3, 2025), Adobe will begin to discontinue Creative Cloud Synced files for all free and paid personal users."

What do you mean when you say "book file"? Adobe InDesign has a Book feature, but I don't think the other apps do.
