Enable Creative Cloud selective sync

Reposting as had put in wrong Forum originally...

Instead of all CCLibs downloading to my computer - why aren’t they available as selective sync like Google Drive or Dropbox? Users do not need all of them, all of the time, taking up lots of local drive space -  when they are already in the Adobe cloud.

I’ve been told in the past that users are able to remove from the cloud and store on an external hard drives etc to save space if so desired - which seems a somewhat backwards solution, SINCE THEY’RE IN THE CLOUD ANYWAY.

I’ve also read that Cloud should be thought of as ‘3 completely different and unrelated components; document, libraries and sync'd files.’, even more reason to enable selective sync, SINCE THEY’RE IN THE CLOUD ANYWAY.

Please enable an actual cloud filing situation, or simply remove ‘cloud’ from the name. It’s frankly ridiculous - like most things Adobe implements these days. No wonder you’re losing ground to Capcut, Affinity, Resolve and any number of AI startups.

The cloud situation is a metaphor for Adobe - a mess, and an increasingly expensive and unpopular one - no wonder it’s losing ground to Affinity, Resolve, Capcut and any number of AI startups...

the purpose of adobe’s cc files is not off-site storage.  it’s file sharing with yourself on other devices and with others.

And like any file sharing I would like control over what I share. Just curious, is there anyone else at Adobe that either reads or responds to posts?
