Error code 105

I don't recommend this for everybody, but it worked for me, I kept getting the error 105 code. I tried every suggestion ti fix ir, nothing worked. As a last resort, I colsed CC. Then went to 

library/adobe/application support/caps/hdpim.db and deleted it. Went back and restarted CC. The error 501 code appeared briefly, disappeared, and CC continued to load. Everything worked fine. I was able to install everything. CC put a new hdpim.db in the  caps folder.
