Error code 190: System requirements not met Wndows 10

Question

Pretty much had enough of paying for Adobe now, year after year the service gets worse. Fix this or loose your subscribers. I cannot nor do I want to change to Windows 11. Because your policy won’t let me update Creative Cloud I can’t access previous versions of apps and will be cancelling my subscription.

for others:do not remove your working win 10 compatible adobe apps when updating. adobe cc doesn’t remove those apps unless you start an app update and allow the removal of the older app.ie, disable automatic app updates and, if you opt to update a compatible app, carefully select “advanced options” at the update start and de-select “"Remove old versions",
