error de descarga de nube de adobe

Tengo un archivo de indesing en la nube de adobe cloud el cual no me deja descargar.- Me tira error.- Cuando quiero abrirlo en el programa lo abre y luego lo cierra.- Necesito recuperarlo porque es un archivo en el cual tengo que seguir trabajando!

if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder.
