Hi,

I am constantly getting the message "CCXProcess.app is damaged and can’t be opened" on my Intel iMac 2019 since I installed Ventura 13.0.1 on it.

Is there any way to solve this? Thanks.

not helpful at all...as the CCXProcess gets stopped, once you ok he error message. The error messssage will pop up later on again.

Actually Ventura was blocking the loading because the CCXProcess.app is not signed properly by Adobe. Once you manully accept CCXProcess.app as safe in the Ventura system settings all is well.

A bit embarassing that no Adoüe support person has figured that out.

After multiple CCXProcess errors at startup on MACOS Ventura 13.2.1. I uninstalled the Adobe Creative Cloud version (including CCXProcess), installed the latest Creative Cloud Installer 5.10.0.573 and MACOS Ventura 13.3 and the errors stopped.

To start with check the following link to see the apps installed on your MAC are supported by Ventura OS or not

Did you update to Ventura or do a fresh install? If it is an update probably doing a fresh install of the Adobe applications could be tried. Do the following

  • Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to remove all Adobe apps
  • Then install the applications
