Had to reinstall my creative cloud. now it's asking me to sign up for a plan

I already have a plan. when I log in online it doesn't recognize that I have a plan. I have tried live chat, it's useless.

It must be a communication problem.my plan showed up for about 10 mins then dissapeared again
