I've updated everything. It just hangs here. Won't go away. How do I get rid of it? See image.

how? When I open the desktop app I get this screen. No matter how many times I read the thing it stays there, keeping me from accessing the app! See new image. I've reinstalled the creative cloud app. The image in my seconed post is now gone. But the dratted brown image in my first post won't go away.
