How to Fix Limited Access,

I have a limit issue on my account, I got a limited access notification.
I've tried to fix it using limited access repair software, recommended software from adobe
but still the notification appears and I can't install other applications such as adobe lightroom and others.

 

 

I have end session for all devices, but I still get LIMITED Access!
With this problem, I can't install any application, even though I subscribed to the photography plan for 1 year. This is certainly a loss for me!

 

 

I've tried various ways, but I can't fix it, including contacting the agent, but the agent doesn't even respond. Help please.

Have you tried the steps on this Help page to use the Adobe Limited Access Repair tool to fix the limited access error for Adobe apps or services?
