How to make a clickacle image which can be used as a linkedin banner

Hello everyone,

I am making a banner for someones linkedin page. She asked me if I could add hyperlinks to the image since her previous image had it. I tried making it in photoshop and express but in order to make te links work the file needs to be saved as an pdf which you can't upload to linkedin. I really doubt her previous image was able to since I can't find anything about it. Can anyone here maybe help me?
