I am uable too see the 2026 after effect beta update on my Creative Cloud,

Question

I have tried contacting support and all still I am unable to upgrade to beta, is there any way I could get that do I have to email the team and ask for support?

It is showing illustrator under pre release but not after effects

Please help if anyone knows the solution
