I can't log out of my Adobe  account and use my new account.

Hi, so I was orignally using another Adobe account however now I need to use a new one which is owned by my college. It won't let me sign out of the old own and whenever I try to nothing happens, I've tried to reinstall creative cloud but it doesnt let me do that either can anyone help?

what do you see when you start to sign out of your cc desktop app?
