I canceled while the app was loading. app status freezes

Hi, I canceled while updating Ilustrator beta version, after that it froze as still canceling, I can neither uninstall nor anything else. it doesn't give any error code. moreover this freeze also blocked other updates. What can I do?

 

I have opened and closed the creative cloud app but still the same problem persists.

 

I wonder if uninstalling creative cloud and reinstalling it again will solve it?

restart your computer. 

 

if there's a cc app problem, reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

restart your computer.
