I have been paying TWO 2 "Adobe Sign" for the last three months. My last sign already ended.

Hi there, My Adobe account had a subscription valued for 1 years, after the 1 yeasr period i received the messege that i needed to continue the payment dor another 1 years. So i payed for the new subscription, BUT im still paying for the last one that just ended for around 12 months. I tought it was for only 1 month the 2 payments, the one that just ended and the one that will follow next now.
But somehoe im still receiving two values for the subscpriton. If Adobe sair it ended after 12 months so why im still paying it the last one and not the new one? Im not sure witch one i should end sucscription and also, i want to see if its possible to ask for the refund for those 2 months that i payed, since Adobe garanteed that my last one was finished already but somehow is still "active" so.
