I have full CC license - I can't use Premiere - No support

Hi,

I have a full CC license, but I have to login every single time I use any software, which has been always tedious and annoying. And now, I can't even start Premiere, because it says that it cannot verify the state of my subscription. I've tried to contact support many times for a few weeks, but it's impossible. The only way I found is by Facebook, but they answer once in a while and it's always a new agent, asking the same question again. 

Any help please?
