I need to transfer this account somewhere else

Good afternoon, 

 

I graduated in June this year and it's September now. 

 

I lost access to myportfolio account (school account) because it said my licence was not valid anymore.

Went to my college, talked to the IT there and said that Adobe should be able to help.

 

How would I get back my old site from my school's account? 

 

I want to transfer that website that exist in my school's account into a personal different email account that I paid Adobe for.

Update: 

 

Tried to pay for the "expired" licence for school and it wont do anything. 

 

It said Creative Cloud found my account, but this is showing up instead.

 

Account type not supported

Continue with a different account to access the service.

contact adobe support if you have a non-school admined account.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
