Question

I want to complaint against my reseller

I purchased my Adobe CC subscription from a reseller in September 2022. Several times since then they changed my profile for no reason and the account trial timer was set up. I have asked them several times regarding this issue and they said that was their server issue and they were trying to solve it. For last 1 month, they have been non-responsive, they don't respond in messages, they don't pick up my phone calls and I am stuck with the trial ended profile unavle to work with Adobe Products.

I have tried reaching Adobe Customer Call Centre, but they told me that they cannot take complain against reseller as they are the support team, they only can support regarding the applications, not the subscriptions.

I am totally frustrated with this, either I want a refund for the remaining months of this subscription, or get untroubled experience with my account. I will not definitely renew my subscription with my current reseller.

Can you check to see if your reseller is on the reseller list for your country?

Contact local law enforcement and file an official complaint against the seller who took your money.

I fear it sounds as if they were a scammer, who took your money but didn't pay Adobe, and have now vanished. Were the company shown as an "approved" reseller on Adobe's site?

If this is an enteprise or team license, you can use the Admin Console to contact Adobe and confirm the status. If this is a personal license you can sign in to check your account. If you thought it was a personal license, but it turns out to be a team or enterprise license, you were CERTAINLY robbed.

Yes, I believe I am robbed. Because the reseller is a verified reseller listed on Adobe Site, but still, they scammed me.

Hi,

sadly that sounds that you have a problem with the Reseller. Adobe or the Community can not help you with that other then tell you the same as the Adobe Customer Care told you that you have to ask the Reseller to solve that issue. Thats between them and you. Sorry, that there is no other solution we can help you with.

regards,Henrik

But how an issue with a reseller can be resolved with the reseller if they are non-responsive?
