ho acquistato ID DESIGN 2023 ed ho ricevuto la mail con il link per scaricare il software, ma quando la apro mi propone Creative Cloud e non ID DESIGN 2023 e se lo cerco mi propone di acquistarlo.

if you purchased from adobe,  what's your account show: https://account.adobe.com

 

if you purchased elsewhere and your account shows no subscription, contact the vendor.

Where did you buy it from? Adobe does not sell versions of the software anymore it sells the subscription to its apps so you are free to upgrade to the new version without any additional cost. As a policy Adobe only supports the latest two versions of the Creative Cloud apps so for InDesign you will get download options only for 2025 and 2024.
