Importing Asset library issues

My University is blocking access to the CC Libraries so they won't sync when I am on campus. Until they decide to resolve this I need my libraries. I exported them from my off campus PC(which has access to the files) Tried importing my content to my University PC and all of the content did not not transfer. Looks like there may be some Illustrator files which show up as missing . Any ideas? Any words of wisdom to our IT department about fixing the issue so they just sync as designed?
