J’ai une licence creative cloud pro depuis plusieurs années. J’étais sur PC fixe, j’ai depuis quelques jours une Surface. J’ai installé le creative cloud desktop, ainsi qu’acrobat, photoshop et premiere sans problème. Par contre impossible avec Illustator, à chaque fois le même message “un problème s’est produit”.
J’ai tout désinstallé et ai relancé, rien n’y fait.
Est ce que qqn a la solution ?

but it doesn’t work either. I installed the beta version Illustrator_Set-Up_747q.exe, and when I click to open it via Creative Cloud Desktop, it says “a problem has occurred.”
well. it’s normal for beta software to not function properly. betas are for testing purposes only anyway. so even if you were able to install it you wouldn’t be able to use it for any practical purpose. can you still return this machine and exchange it for a non-ARM computer? if you do need Illustrator to make a living, then it would be the best solution.
you can also post your question to the Illustrator forum, maybe people there can offer some additional info (albeit it wouldn’t change anything i already said, sadly):
