impossible to use photoshop and premiere (referenced 205)

Hello All

Every others applications work very fine but photoshop and premiere... I tried to install multiple times and in many hard drives, i removed my antivirus, i have deleted my hosts files, reinstall the adobe cloud, i used adobecreativecloudcleanertool.... I really dont know what to o next....

if someone got an idea... I'm a student and adobe is giving me hard time, i have my exam to give tomorrow...

i'm not sure what you're showing, but after signing out/in to the cc desktop (http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html), you should be looking in your credentials manager

Hello and thank you for your answer.

I had maybe 50 credentials that i have all erased. I have restarted my computer and it's the same thing i can"t access photoshop and premiere...

I don't know what to do more, i don't understand why i have to pay 65 euros per month  for something i can't use...
