don't bother contacting adobe support. they no longer furnish links to previous versions.

if you have an individual subscription, there's no work-around. if you have a teams or enterprise subscription, the answer is different.

You can't. Only the 2024 and 2025 versions are available. You can try contacting Adobe but I wouldn't count on getting much help.
