Is there a way for a Creative Cloud link to automatically open the desktop app and not the web app?

My team is exploring using the Creative Cloud more to share creative files. One issue we have is if you want to send a link to a file, it automatically opens in the web browser, not the desktop app. Is there a way to mitigate this workflow?
