Is there option to install InDesign Debug build (CC19) if possible on Windows 11 24H2 Arm?

InDesign CC19 2024 Debug x64 was available in creative cloud .... but now I can't see it in Creative Could app on Windows 11 ARM 24H2.

Is there any option to download the debug build like it was available till CC15 2020?

Adobe is not thinking of InDesign plugin developers before removing the debug build installers.

Please enable InDesign plugin developers to install version of their choice.
