Jpg, CR3, and Docx not importing into creative cloud storage

Hi everyone, I am trying to store files like CR3s, Jpgs, and Word Docx in my Adobe Creative Cloud storage, but it keeps saying that the file is not supported. I have a 2016 apple laptop, is that maybe the issue? I just downloaded the Creative Cloud computer application, so I don't understand what is going on. Thank you for your help!

are you using the cc desktop app > files > + icon > upload?
