Lading Creative Cloud App cycles infinately.

I'm running into this issue where the CC desktop app just cycles the message, Loading Creative Cloud. Eventually, I get blue messages telling me it's taking unusually long to load which is followed by a popup that gives me options to QUIT or REPAIR.
The REPAIR option just downloads the CC desktop app and then the process restarts.
I have tried uninstalling the CC desktop app. Nothing changes. I was going to try uninstalling each app individually. I'm also going to look at going back a few days on my Time Machine backup to see if that changes anything but I wanted to save that as a last resort.
